摘要 对广西部分燃煤锅炉SCR反应器中涡流混合器积灰堵塞原因进行分析。结合硫酸氢铵的生成机理,通过在涡流混合器附近建立κ-ε湍流模型并计算该区域的温度场,发现涡流混合器圆盘附近的温度过低是造成涡流混合器积灰堵塞的主要原因。通过增加喷氨管在烟道内的长度,可有效地防止液态的硫酸氢铵生成,从而解决涡流混合器积灰堵塞问题。 Reasons of ash deposition and block of vortex mixer in SCR reactor of some coal fired boiler in Guangxi are analyzed.Combining with the mechanism of ammonium hydrogen sulfate formation, and by buildings-~turbulence model near vortex mixer andcalculating the temperature field of the area, it is found that the over lower temperature near the disc of the vortex nfixer is the mainreason that caused the ash deposition and block of vortex mixer. By increasing the length of ammonia injection pipe inside the flue pipe,the formation of liquid ammonium hydrogen sulfate can be effectively prevented so that the problem of ash deposition and block of vortexmixer can be solved.
