摘要
笔者针对在喷雾阶段布袋除尘器所回收粉料的化学成分和颜色波动造成回收粉料不可再利用的现状。根据化学成分和烧成后的颜色,对浆料进行分类。通过分类喷粉,减小了布袋除尘器回收粉料的波动性,通过对布袋除尘器回收的粉料化浆分散和成分调整,避免了对布袋除尘器回收粉料进行球磨造成浆料颗粒度进一步减小。通过分类回收和化浆制粉,提高了利用布袋除尘粉料制备的再生粉料的稳定性,实现对布袋除尘粉料的再利用。
This Paper is concerned with inconvenient use of the powder filtered by the bag filter in the spray drying stage. The main reason is the fluctuation of the composition and color of powder. According to the composition and the color after firing, the slurry is classed. Through the spray drying depends on the classification of the slurry, the fluctuation of the fil- tered powder is reduced. The particle size is avoided of further reduce, through the recycling powder is dispersed in water by stirring and by adding new slurry in the slurry to adjust the slurry composition. Through the classification of recycling and improved powder prepareation, the stabihty of recycling powder is increased. We achieve reusing of the powder filtered by the bag filter.
