集起落架设计、制造、试验、服务于一体的民机起落架系统集成供应商,在型号合格审定过程中,面临间接的信息传递、交错复杂的审定流程、紧张的审定资源等难题。通过对现行适航管理机制的分析,针对民机起落架系统集成供应商适航核心能力的发展需求,研究了民机起落架系统集成供应商适航人才队伍、适航技术能力、适航管理体系和适航理念文化四维适航核心能力构建方法,对国内民机起落架研制具有指导作用。

System integration suppliers of civil aircraft landing gear who are fully responsible for landing gear design, manufacturing, test and service face with indirect information transmission, the mixed process and insufficient resources during Type Certification （TC）. Through the analysis of the current airworthiness management mechanism, in view of the requirements for airworthiness core competence, the methods of building four-dimensional core competence in airworthiness was studied based on airworthiness work team, technical ability, management system and airworthiness culture. It＇ s of important guiding significance for the development of domestic civil aircraft landing gear.
