首先从飞机总体设计要求出发,介绍了民用飞机客舱顶部行李箱的设计要求、设计原则和设计内容,并结合成熟机型的典型设计和笔者多年的从业经验,重点讨论了在设计过程中需要注意的问题和解决方法。最后,通过梳理顶部行李箱适用的适航条款要求,有针对性地提出适航验证依据和方法。为民用飞机客舱顶部行李箱的设计提供了重要思路和参考价值。

This article presents the requirements, principles and contents of overhead stowage bin for civil aircraft. With the designs of special aircraft in market and author＇ s experience, the design problems and solutions were discussed. Based on the CAAR＇ s requirements, the contents and ways of validation are presented. The article has main reference value to the design and validation of overhead stowage bin for civil aircraft.
