Field Measurement Transfer Standard of Communication Equipment

传统计量保障方式的不足使我军通信装备检测设备的受检率低,提出可推行计量保证方案(MAP),并对建立传递标准进行研究及探讨。

The insufficiency of the traditional metrological guarantee reduces the detection rate of test instrument for communication equipment of our army. The measurement assurance programs（MAP） is put forward and the establishment of transfer standard is discussed in this paper.
