With the continuous fall in naval ship service model, TBD620 series diesel engine is more and more widely used. TBD620 series diesel engine crankcase frequent pressure high alarm shutdown would bring problems to the crew when they use and do the ship repair troubleshooting. In this paper, the reason of the high pressure of the crankcase pressure of TBD620V16 diesel engine is analyzed, and the corresponding preventive measures are put forward.
