苏通长江大跨越输电塔基础施工平台的结构选型研究 被引量:2

摘要 苏通长江大跨越输电塔采用深水高桩承台基础,由176根2.8/2.5 m大直径、超长、变径钻孔灌注桩组成,最大桩长可达123 m,承台平面尺寸达130 m×120 m,厚8.0 m,构造复杂,施工难点多,水文地质条件十分复杂。建设安全、稳定、可靠的基础施工平台是关系到整个群桩基础能否顺利建成的关键之一,也对后续大跨越输电塔的塔身组立有重要影响。结合苏通长江大跨越输电塔的设计方案之一,对大跨越塔的基础形式和基础施工平台的结构类型、结构选型以及施工方案进行分析,提出大跨越塔的基础施工平台适合选用钢护筒平台,并给出了相应的施工流程和注意事项。 The transmission tower of Sutong Yangtze River large crossing adopts deep-water high-pile cap foundation. The pile foundation consists of 176 2.8 m / 2.5 m large diameter,super long, variable diameter bored piles. The longest pile can reach 123 m. The foundation platform has a plane size of 130 m × 120 m and a thickness of 8.0 m, which makes it complex and difficult to build. The construction of safe,stable anti reliable construction platfm'm is key to the successful construction of pile foundation and also has an important influence on the construction of transmission tower. Combined with one of the design scheme of Sutong Yangtze River large crossing, foundation form, structure type, scheme selection and construction scheme are analyzed in this paper. It is proposed that the plan of steel easing should be chosen in the construction platform of transmission tower of Yangtze River large crossing, and detailed construction process and the matters to be paid attention are put forward.
