江西省高等职业教育专业供给侧改革研究

Research on the supply-side reform of higher vocational education in Jiangxi

专业供给作为高等职业教育人才培养的关键环节,影响着职业院校办学质量和办学特色,专业供给侧改革是当前中国高等职业教育专业供给改革的新思路。通过对相关数据进行分析,发现江西省高等职业教育存在专业设置结构性扭曲、服务战略新兴产业的专业有效供给不足、专业结构与产业结构的适应性不强等问题。为此,应当以"创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享"的五大发展理念为引领,通过加快培育服务战略新兴产业的专业、聚焦服务面向、建立专业设置的动态化调整机制、打造特色专业群以及优化专业生产要素配置等措施推进高等职业教育专业供给侧改革。

As a key link in the cultivation of higher vocational education, professional supply affects the quality and the characteristics of school running. Side-supply reform is the new idea for current vocational education in China. By analyzing the data of the supply of higher vocational education in Jiangxi Province, it is found that there are some problems such as the structural distortion of the professional structure, the insufficient supply of the professional service strategy and the weak adaptability of the professional structure and industrial structure in Jiangxi higher vocational education. Therefore, we should take the five development concepts of ＂innovation, coordination, green, opening and sharing＂ as the guide, and take some measures to promote the supply-side reform of higher vocational education.
