在中国经济进入新常态下,由于化解过剩产能,经济下行压力加大,部分企业生产经营困难,造成企业用工需求下降,加之高校毕业生数量持续增加,大学生"就业难"问题愈演愈烈。部分高职毕业生缺乏主动发展意识,未能根据市场需求有效提升自身竞争力,就业形势更为严峻。为解决就业创业难问题,高职院校应以创业教育课程为载体,促进高职学生创业意识养成;以角色体验、游戏竞赛,增强高职生就业创业的理性自我定位;以多元化融合教育,切实贯通高职学生就业创业的资讯渠道;以创业孵化项目,充实高职学生就业创业实战经验。

As the China enters the era of new normal economy, many enterprises are facing the challenges of production and management, due to the policy of resolving excess production capacity and the reality of a slowing-down economy, which has resulted in the trouble of employment. Meanwhile, the number of college graduates continues to increase, thus making it even harder for the graduates to find a job. Some higher vocational graduates lack the awareness of active development and fail to effectively enhance their market competitiveness, which brings forth an even tougher employment situation. To resolve the difficulties in job seeking and starting businesses, higher vocational colleges should promote the students＇ entrepreneurial consciousness by offering them entrepreneurial courses under a diversified and integrated educational system, which consists of role-playing, game competitions and other programs to help the students have a better understanding of their self-positions, make it more convenient to get the information they need, and enrich their working experience through business incubating oroiects.
