高职院校学生事务管理信息化建设及对策——以闽西职业技术学院为例

Informationized student affairs management in higher vocational colleges——A case study of Minxi Vocational and Technical College

近年来,信息技术给高等职业教育带来了全新的机遇和挑战。学生事务管理作为高职院校管理中的重要内容,也发生了许多变化,但仍存在管理理念落后、信息系统不完善、组织结构不合理等问题。高职院校应树立以生为本理念,搭建信息化平台,简化组织结构,再造流程,以推进学生事务管理的信息化。

In challenges to higher vocational colleges, recent years, information technology has brought new opportunities and vocational education. As an important part in the management of higher the student affairs management has undergone many changes. But there are still many problems, such as backward management concept, imperfect information system, unreasonable organizational structure. Higher vocational colleges should set up the student-oriented concept, build informatization platform, simplify the organizational structure, and reconstruct process to promote the informatization management of student affairs.
