摘要
伴随着中国整体经济的发展,中国酒吧行业的发展日渐成熟。为了保持酒吧强有力的竞争态势,旅游地酒吧经营模式的创新成为其发展的必然趋势。在慢活旅游理念的带动下,酒吧经营者可尝试让游客自己动手调制鸡尾酒、酿造当地特色酒品,让游客与酒吧之间有更好的感情维系,以提高游客的旅游体验,在激烈的市场竞争中脱颖而出。
With the economic development of China, the bar industry becomes mature gradually. In order to remain competitive, it is an inexorable trend to innovate the operation mode of bars in tourist destinations. Inspired by the concept of Slow Movement, bar owners can try to let tourists make cocktails or local wine by themselves, tourists, offer more wonderful tourism experience, and competmon. so as to establish outshine others better relations with in the fierce market
