煤电企业基层班队的管理现状与对策——以福建煤电股份公司为例

摘要 班队是企业的"细胞",是企业最基层的生产管理组织。加强班队建设,是煤矿企业提高管理水平、增强核心竞争力、实现安全发展的迫切需要。课题组通过问卷调查、员工访谈、实地走访等形式,发现煤电企业基层班队长普遍存在年龄偏大、教育程度低、员工流动性大、招聘困难、企业文化无法落地生根等困境。煤电企业应在思想上高度重视基层管理队伍建设,通过优化班队长选拔和培育机制、完善班队长绩效考核方法、加强管理层和基层班员的沟通、充实班队安全文化等手段提升班队管理水平。 As the "cell" of the enterprise, class team is the most elementary production and management organization. It is of urgent need to strengthen class team construction for coal-based power enterprises to improve management level, enhance core competitiveness and realize the safe development. The research through the questionnaire survey, interviews, field visits and other forms, found that there are some problems in class captain such as older age, low degree of education, and big employee fluidity, recruitment difficulty, weak corporate culture, etc. Coal-based power enterprises should attach great importance to the ideological construction of grass-roots team management by optimizing class captain selection and cultivation mechanism, perfect captain performance appraisal method, strengthen the communication between management and basic level, and enrich the class team safety culture means.
