摘要
种子萌发阶段是植物生长过程中对外界环境最敏感的阶段。以福建省番茄认定品种富丹为材料,分别用0.3 mmol/L水杨酸(SA)、0.25 mmol/L亚精胺(Spd)、0.5 mmol/L没食子酸丙酯(PG),40mg/LCu^(2+)引发处理1d,研究不同种子引发处理对铜胁迫下番茄种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响。结果表明:除发芽势外,4种引发种子处理均能提高番茄种子的发芽率、发芽指数、活力指数、苗长、根长、鲜重,也表明利用Cu^(2+)引发处理能缓解铜的毒害作用。
Germination of seed is a developmental stage stresses in the plant life cycle. In this study, tomato (Solanum that is highly sensitive to external lycopersicum) seeds of Fudan which were registered by Fujian Province were taken as the tested materials; 0.3mmol/L Salicylic Acid (SA), 0.25mmol/L Spermidine (Spd), 0.5mmol/L Propyl Gallate (PG) and 40mg/L Cu2+ were used to prime its seeds to study the effect of priming on germination of seeds and physiological characters of tomato seedlings under Cu2+ stress. The results showed that the priming treatments improved germination rate, germination index, activity index, root length, plant length and fresh weight of tomato seeds. The study also revealed that utilizing Cu2+ can relieve the toxic effects of copper.
