早期康复护理干预对创伤性颅脑损伤患者的神经、肢体运动及生活质量的影响

The effect of early rehabilitation nursing intervention on nerve,body-movement and quality of life in patients with traumatic brain injury

目的探讨早期康复护理干预对创伤性颅脑损伤患者的神经、肢体运动及生活质量的影响。方法选取我院2013年2月至2016年2月收治的60例创伤性颅脑损伤患者,根据患者入院的时间分为对照组和观察组各30例,对照组实行常规护理,观察组在此基础上加强早期康复护理,比较两组患者护理后的神经功能缺损评分(NIHSS)、Fugl-Meyer运动评分(FMA)及生活质量各项指标改善情况。结果早期康复护理干预后,观察组FMA评分高于对照组,NIHSS评分低于对照组,同时生活质量各项指标改善情况均显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论早期康复护理干预措施对创伤性颅脑损伤患者的神经、肢体运动及生活质量改善具有重要的影响,实施护理干预能显著降低患者的NIHSS评分,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the effect of early rehabilitation nursing intervention on the nerve, body movement and quality of life in patients with traumatic brain injury. Methods Sixty patients with traumatic brain injury treated in our hospital from February 2013 to February 2016 were divided into control and observation groups according to the admission time,30 cases in each group. The control group received the routine nursing while the observation group received the early rehabilitation nursing based on the routine nursing. National institutes of health stroke scale （ NIHSS ）, Fugl-Meyer motor score （FMA） and improvement indicators of quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results After early rehabilitation nursing intervention, in the observation group, FMA score was higher,NIHSS score was lower and quality of life improvement was better when compared to the control group （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion The early rehabilitation nursing intervention on patients with traumatic brain injury has an important effect on nerve function, body movement and life quality improvement. At the same time, it can significantly reduce NIHSS score. Thus,it is wor- thy of clinical application.
