摘要 研究以800nm二极管激光器激发Tm^(3+)/Ho^(3+)共掺YAG晶体的上转换发光谱,观察到Tm:~1 D_(2-)~3 H_6、Tm:~1 D_2-~3F_4和Ho:~5S_2-~5I_8的上转换发光跃迁。测量吸收光谱并应用Judd-Ofelt理论计算分析晶体中Ho^(3+)离子的强度参数Ωt(t=2,4,6)、自发辐射跃迁几率A和积分辐射截面。结果显示:Tm^(3+)/Ho^(3+)共掺YAG晶体中Ho^(3+)离子的~5I_7-~5I_8能级跃迁对应2μm辐射,其具有较长的能级寿命及合适的积分辐射截面,适合用于产生2μm激光。 The luminescent properties of the Tm^(3+)/Ho^(3+)codoped YAG crystal is investigated through excitation by 800 nm diode laser.The transition of Tm:~1D_2-~3H_6、Tm:~1D_2-~3F_4 和 Ho:~5S_2-~5I_8 are observed.The absorption spectrum of Tm^(3+)/Ho^(3+)codoped YAG crystal is measured,and Judd-Ofelt theoretical is used to analyze the three phenomenological intensity parameters Ω_t(t=2,4,6),the transition probability of the spontaneous radiation and integral radiation cross section of Ho^(3+)ion.Results show the Ho^(3+)ions in Tm^(3+)/Ho^(3+)codoped YAG crystal has longer level lifetime and suitable integral radiation section,which is suitable to produce 2μm laser.
