基于能力培养的水力学课程教学方式方法改革与实践

Reform and practice of teaching way and method in the hydraulics based on ability training

以强化学生能力培养为核心,围绕土木工程专业水力学课程开展教学方式方法改革与研究。分析传统教学方式方法与新时期人才培养要求的不适应,介绍改革的实践过程:制定改革实施计划;采用学生授课、项目案例式教学、翻转课堂、换班交流等教学方式方法,并采用与之相适应的"发散式"考试形式;通过问卷调查及"学生评选课系统"分析了改革效果。改革后学生学习兴趣增强,综合能力得到锻炼和提高。

In this paper,as the core of the students＇ ability training,the teaching way and method in the hydraulics of civil engineering are reformed and researched.Analysis is made on the traditional teaching way and method laying behind the cultivation of talents in the new period.The paper presents the practice of the teaching way and method reform process including the implementation plan of reform,studentteaching,project case teaching,flipped classroom,class rotation communication and＂spread form＂of the test.At last,the reform effect is analyzed through the questionnaire and student selection class system.The result shows that the reform has obviously increased students＇ learning interest and comprehensive ability.
