理工科大学生创新实践能力的培养研究

Research on cultivating innovative and practical ability of engineering college students

培养大学生的实践创新能力是社会高速发展的必要基础。文章对理工科大学生实践创新能力的培养方式进行了探究,以气象仪器专业理工科大学生为重点研究对象。首先,指出了理工科大学生的创新精神及实践能力培养过程中存在的不足之处。其次,针对这些不足之处,对其形成原因进行了探究。最后,为完善高校对理工科大学生创新实践能力的培养,以气象仪器专业大学生为例,提出了对大学生创新实践能力的培养方案。

Cultivating the practical innovation ability of college students is the necessary foundation for the rapid development of society.This paper explores the cultivation methods of practical innovation ability of engineering students,and focuses on the research object of meteorological students.First of all,it points out the shortcomings of the innovation spirit and practical ability cultivation of engineering college students.Secondly,for these shortcomings,the reasons have been explored.Finally,in order to improve the training ability of the students in engineering colleges and universities,this paper puts forward the training plan for innovation ability of college students by taking meteorological equipment engineering students as examples.
