气体绝缘开关设备闪络放电超声波检测技术研究

摘要 气体绝缘开关设备(GIS)放电会引起闪络放电故障,为了对设备的放电点实现准确故障定位,通过研究GIS闪络放电特性,提出了以压电复合材料传感器为基础的超声波检测方法。在实验研究和理论分析的基础上得出GIS设备放电产生的超声波传播特性及规律,从工程应用角度设计了GIS闪络放电超声波检测系统。实验现场应用证明该检测系统的实施可准确定位闪络故障位置并及时报警,为输电线路安全运行提供可靠保障。 The discharge of gas insulated switchgear(GIS) equipment can cause flashover discharge fault. In order to accurately locate the discharge point of flashover fault, an ultrasonic detecting method is proposed based on piezoelectric composite sensors by analyzing the characteristics of flashover discharge in GIS. In addition, the conclusion of ultrasonic wave propagation characteristics and laws is drawn by taking experimental study and theoretical analysis. From the engineering applications, detecting system based on ultrasonic is designed. Measurement results demonstrate that the system based on ultrasonic can accurately locate flashover fault and alarm in time, which provides reliable protection for the safe operation of transmission lines.
