嗓音训练及评估方法在嗓音疾病患者中的应用价值

Application value of voice training and assessment methods in patients with voice disease

目的探讨嗓音疾病患者进行嗓音训练的效果及评估方法。方法对2014年1月至2015年12月在耳鼻喉科就诊的58例嗓音疾病患者进行正规嗓音训练治疗,内容包括嗓音卫生教育、按摩练习、呼吸训练、唇舌肌练习、发音训练、共鸣练习等,对患者训练前后GRBAS评估、动态喉镜检查、VHI量表及空气动力学检查、计算机嗓音分析等进行主客观评价。结果与训练前比较,患者经嗓音训练后动态喉镜检查(声带闭合、运动对称性、黏膜波及振动规律性)评分、计算机嗓音分析(Jitter、Shimmer及NHR)评分、VHI量表评分(F、P、E)、GRBAS(G、R、B)评分均明显降低(P<0.001),而空气动力学检查(MLPT、MPT)结果明显提高(P<0.001)。结论嗓音训练能明显改善嗓音疾病患者嗓音异常状况。

Objective To evaluate the effects and assessment methods of voice training among patients with voice dis- ease.Methods Formal voice training was carried out on 58 patients with voice disease who visited Department of ENT from January ,2014 to December,2015.The training content included vocal hygiene education, massage exercises ,breathing exercises,tongue muscle exercises, pronunciation training and resonance practice, etc. GRBAS evaluation, dynamic laryngoscopy, VHI scale, aerodynamic test and computer voice analysis before and after training in the patients were subjectively and objectively evaluated.Results Compared with those before training, dynamic laryngoscopy （vocal cord closure, motion symmetry, regularity of mucosa wave and vibration） score, computer voice analysis （ Jitter, Shimmer and NHR） score, VHI （ F, P and E） score and GRBAS （G, R and B） score significantly decreased after training（ P〈0.001 ）, but the results of aerodynamics test （MLPT and MPT） significantly increased after training（ P〈0.001 ）. Conclusion Voice training can significantly improve voice abnormal situation in patients with voice disease.
