拉替拉韦钾片治疗艾滋病的临床疗效观察

Observation of curative effect of Raltegravir Potassium Tablets in the treatment of AIDS

目的观察拉替拉韦钾片治疗艾滋病的临床疗效及安全性。方法将120例艾滋病患者随机分为两组,治疗组给予拉替拉韦钾片+富马酸替诺福韦二吡呋酯片+拉米夫定片治疗,对照组给予依非韦伦片+富马酸替诺福韦二吡呋酯片+拉米夫定片治疗,观察两组治疗前后CD4+细胞计数、病毒载荷量的变化及不良反应。结果两组患者的CD4+细胞计数均高于治疗前,而病毒载荷量则均低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗组的CD4+细胞计数高于对照组,病毒载荷量则均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);两组均无明显不良反应。结论拉替拉韦钾片治疗艾滋病免疫学和病毒学疗效显著,临床应用价值高。

Objective To observe the effect and safety of Raltegravir Potassium Tablets on acquired immunodeficiency syndrome （AIDS） .Methods 120 cases of AIDS were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The treatment group were treated with Rahegravir Potassium Tablets ＋Tenofovir Disoproxil Fumarate Tablets ＋ Lamivudine Tablets, and the control group were given Efavirenz Tablets＋Tenofovir Disoproxil Fumarate Tablets＋Lamivudine Tablets.And then, the changes of CD4＋ cell count,viral load quantity and adverse reactions were observed before and after treatment in the two groups.Resuits CD4＋cell counts of the two groups were higher than those before treatment,but the virus load quantity were lower than those before treatment, difference was statistically significant（P〈0.01 ）.And CD4＋cell count of the treatment group was higher than those of the control group, but the virus load quantity was lower than that of the control group, difference was statistically significant（P〈0.01） .No obvious adverse reactions were found in the two groups.Conclusion Raltegravir Potassium Tablets has significant effect in the treatment of AIDS immunology and virology with high clinical value.
