摘要
研究两种粘胶长丝织物的风格性能。以30F普通粘胶长丝和100F粘胶长丝为原料,通过设计合理的织造工艺,分别织造了平纹、斜纹、缎纹织物。使用KES织物风格系统,对织物的弯曲、压缩弹性、表面摩擦、剪切、拉伸等性能指标进行了测试,并对100F粘胶长丝织物的手感风格和服用性能进行了综合评价。试验结果表明:100F粘胶长丝织物比30F普通粘胶长丝织物表面更加平整光滑,手感更柔软,织物蓬松度更好。认为:100F粘胶长丝织物较适合于女士中厚服装面料。
Style of two viscose filament fabrics were studied. 30 F common viscose filament and 100 F viscose filament were used as raw materials. Through reasonable design of weaving process, plain weave, twill and satin fabric were woven respectively. KES fabric style system was adopted. The fabric property indexes including ben ding property, elasticity of compression, surface friction, shearing, stretching and so on were tested. The hand feel- ing and wear ability of 100 F viscose filament fabric were evaluated comprehensively. The test results showed that 100 F viscose filament fabric had a much smoother surface,softer hand feeling and better filling power compared with 30 F common viscose filament fabric. It is considered that 100 F viscose filament fabric is suitable for woman's medium-thick garment fabric.
