摘要
探讨聚酰亚胺纤维的纺纱工艺。简述了聚酰亚胺纤维的物理性能,介绍了聚酰亚胺纤维纺纱的工艺原则和具体的技术措施。通过强化纤维的梳理和转移;提高纤维的伸直平行度,使用防缠绕胶辊,设定合理的粗纱捻系数,细纱捻系数、隔距、加压等参数,在控制好温湿度的基础上,成功纺制出聚酰亚胺纤维14.8tex赛络纱。认为:根据聚酰亚胺纤维的性能,优化纺纱工艺可以保证成纱质量稳定。
Spinning process of polyimide fiber was discussed. The physical properties of polyimide fiber,pro- cessing principles and technology measures in the spinning process were introduced. The carding and transfer of the fiber were strengthened. Fiber parallel and straightness were optimized and improved. Anti-winding rubber- covered roll was used. Reasonable parameters such as roving twist factor, spinning yarn twist factor, gauge and pressure were set. Polyimide fiber 14. 8 tex siro yarn was spun successfully on the basis of better control temperature&humidity. It is considered that according to the properties of polyimide fiber, spinning processing optimization can ensure stable quality of yarn.
