摘要
目的:探讨黑冰片的炮制质量控制方法。方法:利用分光光度法测定黑冰片吸附柠檬黄的吸收度,以此计算炭药的吸附力,评价质量的优劣。结果:炮制温度260℃、时间60min、占炮制炉空间40%~60%,得炭药的吸附力最强。结论:温度是影响黑冰片炮制质量的主要因素,其次为炮制时间与炉占用空间。用柠檬黄吸附法控制黑冰片炮制质量方法简便、准确、快速,可作为黑冰片炭药的质控依据。
Objective To explore the Had gaburi processing quality control methods. Method Using spectmphotometry Haft gaburi adsorption the absorbance of lemon yellow, to calculate carbon adsorption force, the quality can be evaluated. Results Processing temperature 260℃, 60 min time, 40-60% of processing furnace space, have to charcoal adsorption force strongest. Conclusion Temperature is a major factor affecting the quality of Hari gaburi processing, followed by processing time and furnace takes up space. With lemon yellow adsorption method control the processing quality of Hari gaburi method is simple, rapid, accurate and can be used for quality control based on Had gaburi carbon medicine.
