苗药夜寒苏根茎化学成分定性研究

The qualitative research of chemical components in rhizoma Hedychium flavum Roxb. of miao national herbs

目的:对夜寒苏化学成分进行初步研究。方法:采用水提法、醇提法对夜寒苏化学成分进行定性试验。结果:夜寒苏药材水提物中可能含有糖类、有机酸、鞣质、皂苷等化学成分,醇提取物中可能含有黄酮、蒽醌、强心苷等化学成分,石油醚提取物中可能含有甾体、挥发油等化学成分。结论:苗药夜寒苏中含有萜类、黄酮等多种生物活性物质,值得进一步的研究和开发。

Objective ： Preliminary to study on chemical composition of Hedychium flavum Roxb. of miao national herbs. Methods： By test tube method for Hedychium flavum Roxb. water, ethanol and petroleum ether extract of the chemical composition of qualitative check experiment ,Through a variety of precipitation reaction and indica- tor color reaction with indicators and color agents , the potential chemical components of Hedychium flavum Roxb. was analyzed. Results：The results indicate that water extract possible contain sugars, organic acids, tan- nins and saponins; alcohol extract possible contain flavonoids, anthraquinone, cardiac; the petroleum ether ex- tract possible contain a steroid, volatile oil and other chemical compositions from this plant. Conclusion：The plant contains a variety of bioactive substances such as terpenoids, flavonoids , deserves further research and develop- ment.
