断奶腹泻仔猪肠道沙门菌与奇异变形杆菌的分离鉴定 被引量:8

Isolation and identification of Salmonella and Proteus mirabilis in weaned pigs with diarrhea

摘要 本试验收集了全国范围内23个猪场125份21~70日龄临床腹泻仔猪肠内容物样品,用以分离和鉴定沙门菌和奇异变形杆菌。结果显示:共分离得到23株沙门菌分离株及31株奇异变形杆菌分离株,其中较为流行的沙门菌为鼠伤寒沙门菌。同时,对SS琼脂和XLD琼脂上的沙门菌和奇异变形杆菌进行对比鉴定,提高了沙门菌和奇异变形杆菌分离鉴定的准确率。 Salmonella and Proteus mirabilis are important causes of diarrhea in weaned pigs. They are also important zoonotic pathogens all around the world. The weaned pigs are more infectious to them because of the loss of protective antibodies from the sow. The high mortality and mortality have great impact on pig industry. Pigs at the age of 1 to 4 months are infected with Salmonella easily. Gastroenteritis, fever, sepsis, and diarrhea may occur in pigs infected with Salmonella. In addition,Proteus mirabilis is widely localized at the body surface and gastrointestinal mucosa of humans and animals. Proteus mirabilis are conditional pathogens which can cause toxins poisoning. In this study,Salmonella and Proteus mirabilis were isolated and identified from the 125 in testinal samples of weaned pigs with diarrhea. The most prevalent was Salmonella enterica sero- var Typhimurium among the 23 isolated Salmonella. SS agar and XLD agar were used to identify the isolates and improve the identification accuracy of the Salmonella and Proteus mirabilis.
