摘要
针对齿轮刀具设计制造多点位、参数计算繁琐和企业信息化集成低的问题,通过对齿轮刀具设计过程的研究,运用齿轮仿真加工的逆向过程生成齿轮刀具参数的思想,提出了MBD模型的参数设计概念,并通过车间管理系统将信息传递给相应负责部门指导生产。在UG8.0环境下,运用UG/Open API函数功能模块和MFC类库进行功能开发,采用Java Web语言开发管理系统,实现齿轮刀具设计制造无纸化、信息化和集成化。
For the gear cutter problems of multi-point design and manufacture, cumbersome parameter calculation and low integration of enterprise information. Through the design process research of gear cutting tool, the concept of parametric design based MBD model is puttede forward by using the reverse process of gear simulation processing to generate the parameters of gear cutting tool. And the information is communicated to the corresponding departments through the workshop management system to guide the production. In the environment of UG8.0 ,the use of UG/Open API function modules and MFC class library for functional development. Using Java Web language develop management system, the design and manufacture of gear cutter less paper, informatization and integration can realized.
