摘要
分析了ISO标准中Capto工具系统关键参数的变化对其性能的影响,计算了Capto刀柄/主轴配合时的最大和最小过盈量,提出了锥部尺寸的检测方法。研究结果表明,Capto刀柄关键参数的变化会直接影响配合过盈量,从而影响刀柄的工作性能。
The influence of changes of key parameters in ISO standard of Capto tool system on its performance was analyzed, the maximum and minimum interferences of the fitting between Capto toolholder and spindle were calculated, and the measuring method for the taper dimension was presented. Research result shows that the changes of Capto toolholder' s key parameters will directly affect the fitting interference, thus affecting its working performance.
