摘要
针对CFRP的难加工性提出一种改进的旋刨刀具进行钻削制孔。通过有限元分析软件ABAQUS建立两种刀具的三维钻削模型,验证有限元模型的合理性。由两种刀具的钻孔试验对比和"以磨代钻"制孔方式的对比可知,旋刨制孔对CFRP复合材料加工具有优越性。
A new drill cutting of CFRP rotary cutting tool is designed to deal with this situation. Based on the finite element analysis software ABAQUS, three-dimensional drilling model of two kinds of tools is established to verify therationality of FEM. Comparing with the diamond core drill, the results from the drilling experiment can fully illustrate that the rotary cutting tool is better in drilling of CFRP.
