基于光学测量的发动机燃烧室容积反求研究

摘要 以汽车发动机缸盖燃烧室容积的测量为研究对象,复制了缸盖燃烧室的硅胶模型。应用三维光学测量技术对燃烧室硅胶模型进行扫描测量,以获取燃烧室模型的点云数据。利用反求工程技术进行燃烧室模型重构,获得燃烧室的CAD模型。运用UG软件的体积计算功能计算燃烧室CAD模型的体积,得到缸盖燃烧室体积(容积)数据。同时,可将燃烧室CAD模型存档备用,为燃烧室的再设计、再制造或再维修提供参考。 The measurement of combustion chamber volume in cylinder head of the automobile engine was taken as the research object. Firstly,the silicone model of the combustion chamber was copied and measured by using 3D optical scanning technology to obtain the point cloud data of the combustion chamber model. Then, the model was reconstructed by using reverse engineering technology to get the CAD model of combustion chamber. Finally,the volume data of combustion chamber CAD model was obtained by using the volume calculation function of UG software. At the same time, the CAD model of combustion chamber can be archived and used as a reference for the re-designing, re-manufacturing or re-maintaining of the combustion chamber in the future.
