摘要
针对轮廓法测量残余应力的特殊要求,通过Plackett-Burman结合正交试验方法,揭示了线切割参数对轮廓法切割质量的影响规律,获得了对测量精度影响较大的三个因素:送丝速率、丝张力和峰值电流。方差分析的结果表明,较小的峰值电流和较大的丝张力有助于改善切割质量通过Box-Behnken响应面分析法,获得了表面粗糙度的预测模型,验证试验显示误差在5.011%以内,证明了该预测模型的有效性。
According to the special requirement of measuring residual stress by contour method, the effects of wire cutting parameters on the cutting quality of contour method are studied by using Plackett-Burman and orthogonal test method. Three factors which influence the measurement precision are selected : wire feed rate, wire tension and peak current. The results of analysis of variance show that small peak current and large wire tension can improve the cutting quality. The prediction model of surface roughness is obtained by Box-Behnken response surface analysis. The validity of the model is proved by the experimental results that the error is less than 5. 011%.
