Effect of Leadcap on properties of SBS Modified Asphalt

将不同掺量的Leadcap温拌剂按照一定的试验方法掺加进SBS改性沥青中,检测沥青的针入度、软化点、延度、布氏黏度和流变性能等指标,探讨Leadcap温拌剂对SBS改性沥青性能的影响。研究表明,Leadcap温拌剂降低了SBS改性沥青的稠度;低温延度增加,改善了低温抗裂性能;软化点和车辙因子增大,相位角减小,改善了沥青的高温抗车辙性能;布氏黏度减小,对沥青起到了温拌作用,达到了环保节能的效果。

Leadcap warm mix agent of different dosage according to certain test methods with adding SBS modified asphalt, asphalt penetration, detection of softening point, ductility and viscosity and rheological performance, discuss the influence of Leadcap warm mix agent on property of SBS modified asphalt. Research shows that the Leadcap warm mix agent to reduce SBS modified asphalt consistency ;low temperature ductility increase, improve crack resistance at low temperature; softening point and rutting factor increases, the phase angle decreased, improve the anti rutting performance of asphalt high temperature ; viscosity decreases, the temperature of asphalt mix ,to achieve the environmental protection the effect of energy saving.
