以模板法制备二氧化硅纳米空心球及其保温性能研究

摘要 以阳离子化聚苯乙烯微球为模板一步法水解正硅酸乙酯制备二氧化硅纳米空心球,得到直径为200~500 nm之间、外形规整的二氧化硅纳米空心球。将空心球作为保温填料用于苯丙涂料后,对涂料保温性能的测试结果表明二氧化硅纳米空心球能显著提高涂料的保温性能。随二氧化硅纳米空心球在涂料中含量的增加,涂料的保温性能越好,并且由于其粒径小,并不影响涂料外观。 In this paper, SiO2 hollow nanospheres with diameters of 200 -500 nm are prepared by using cation -functionalized polysterene microspheres as templates and tetraethyl orthosilicate (TEOS) as reactants. SiO2 nanospheres are added into styrene - acrylic emulsion to prepare a kind of heat - insulating coating. Results show that the coatings exhibit good thermal insulating property after the addition of SiO2 nanospheres. The property grows up when the amount of SiO2 nanospheres in the coating is increased. And also,the addition of such hollow shperes doesn't affect the appearance of the latex paint due to the nano -sized diameters.
