吉法酯是一种胃粘膜保护剂。在临床上应用广泛,主要用于治疗胃及十二指肠溃疡。文章综述了这几年吉法酯的研究进展,详细讨论了吉法酯的合成方法及专利情况,对吉法酯的研究有重要的价值。
Gefarnate is a kind of gastric mucosal protective agents. It is widely used in the clinical practice, mainly used to treat gastric and duodenal ulcer. This paper reviewed the research progress, the synthesis method and patents of gefarnate in recent years. The analysis has an important value for the study of gefarnate.
