摘要
本文探索了用气相色谱-质谱法测定聚氯乙烯塑料制品中一丁基锡、二丁基锡和三丁基锡三种有机锡化合物的方法。先将待测样品溶解于四氢呋喃,再用四乙基硼酸钠衍生化,然后用正己烷溶解,萃取,取有机层进样,气相色谱-质谱法分析。对样品前处理步骤、衍生化条件、分析条件进行了优化,并考察了方法的线性关系、精密度及检出限等。加标回收率为80%~110%,相对标准偏差均小于5%。该方法简便、灵敏,可以测定聚氯乙烯塑料制品中有机锡的含量。
MBT, TBT and DBT organotins in plastics products were determined by gas chromatography -mass spectrometry (GC - MS) in this paper. Plastic samples were dissolved in tetrahydrofuran before they were derivatized with tetraethyl sodium. After dissolving by n -hexane ultrasonic extraction,two layers were showed. The organic layer was well separated by GC - MS after being optimized. Mean recoveries of samples ranged from 80% to 110%, with relative standard deviations less than 5%. The result was linearity, precision, detection limit and so on. This method is simple and sensitive. It can be effectively used to determine the content of organic tin in PVC toy products.
