Constraints and Measures of College-enterprise Cooperation for Chemical Engineering Specialty in Local Undergraduate Colleges

本文以地方高校化工类专业开展校企合作为例,从法律保障,目标管理和传统模式特点三个方面探讨了制约因素。通过借鉴国内外先进经验与模式,从建立法律保障机制;创建"互惠互利"的动力源;实现协同创新新模式等方面提出了建设性建议。为地方高校化工类专业实施校企合作改革提供新思路。

Based on the college - enterprise cooperation for chemical engineering specialty in local undergraduate colleges, the restricting factors are discussed from the legal protection, target management and characteristics of the traditional model. By reference to domestic and foreign advanced experience and mode, some constructive suggestions are put forward by how to play the leading role of the government to establish mechanisms of legal protection, construct power soure of ＂mutual benefit＂ and realize new mode of collaborative innovation, which provides a new way of college - enterprise cooperation for chemical engineering specialty in local undergraduate colleges.
