美皮康系列泡沫敷料对预防老年大手术患者术程压疮的应用效果

Application effect of miPiKang series foam dressing on preventing surgical pressure sore in old patients

目的:探讨美皮康系列泡沫敷料对预防老年大手术患者术程压疮的应用效果。方法:选择我院2013年1月至2016年12月间50例经手术室压疮风险评估为中、重度老年大手术患者,根据手术日期随机分为观察组(n=25)和对照组(n=25)。对照组给予手术室压疮常规针对性预防护理,观察组在对照组基础上应用美皮康系列泡沫敷料预防干预护理。比较两组患者术程压疮发生情况和舒适度调查结果。结果:患者术毕麻醉苏醒转病房前再次行压疮评估,观察组发生4例一期压疮,压疮发生率为16%(4/25);对照组发生12例一期压疮,压疮发生率为48%(12/25);两组患者压疮发生率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后一天访视对患者进行术程舒适度调查结果显示,观察组表示舒适者人数明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:美皮康系列泡沫敷料可有效预防和降低老年大手术患者术程压疮的发生,且操作简便易行,患者舒适度明显增加。

Objective：To explore the application effect of the skin patch of Meipikang on the prevention and treatment of pressure ulcer in elderly patients with major operation. Methods.. The patients were randomly divided into the observation group （n =25） and the control group （n=25）. The control group was given routine nursing care in the operation room. The observation group was used as a preventive group to prevent the intervention. Comparison of the occurrence of two cases of patients with pressure ulcer occurred and comfort survey results. Results ：The incidence of pressure ulcer was 16% （4/25） in the observa tion group and 12 cases of a pressure ulcer occurred in the control group. US skin Kang series of foam dressing can effectively prevent and reduce the operation of elderly patients with major pressure ulcer occurred, and easy to operate, significantly increased patient comfort.
