液基细胞学检查在女性健康体检中的应用研究

To observe the clinical effect of tabular cell test applied in healthy women

目的:探讨液基细胞学检查在女性健康体检中的应用价值。方法:选取2013年11月至2016年11月来我院健康体检的540例女性,进行液基细胞学检查,对其结果进行分类,阳性者随访,进行病理学检验。结果:540例女性中阳性为32例,占比5.9%。其中,鳞癌有1例,占比0.2%;上皮内高度病变者(HSIL)有2例,占比0.4%;上皮内低度病变者(LSIL)有8例,占比1.5%;上皮内高度病变倾向者(ASC-H)有1例,占比0.2%;非典型鳞状细胞者(ASC-US)有20例,占比3.7%。随访30例,病理学检验鳞癌有1例,检查出1例,100.0%符合;HSIL有2例,检查出2例,100.0%符合;LSIL有5例,检查出4例,80.0%符合;ASC-H有4例,检查出3例,75.0%符合;ASC-US有18例,检查出3例,16.7%符合。结论:液基细胞学检查在女性健康体检中具有可靠的临床意义,可以作为临床指标反映病情,能够有效的提高检出率,且与病理学的检测结果符合度高,是临床用于判断早期宫颈癌癌前病变、宫颈癌的重要选择,值得临床推广应用。

Objective.. To observe the clinical effect of Tabular Cell Test （TCT） Applied in healthy women. Methods：From November 2012 to November 2016, 540 cases healthy women in our hospital were analyzed. They were checked TCT, then the results were classified. Positive for follow-up, contrast thepathology inspection. Results： The positive of 540 cases healthy women was 32, accounted for 5.9 %. Squamous carcinoma was 1 case, accounted for 0. 2 %, the height of intraepithelial lesion （HSIL） were 2 cases, accounted for 0. 4%;the low of intraepithelial lesion （LSIL） were 8 cases, accounted for 1.5%; the height of intraepithelial lesions tendencies （ASC-H） was 1 case, accounted for 0. 2%; atypical squamous cells （ASC-US） were 20 cases, accounted for 3.7%. 30 cases for follow-up, contrast thepathology inspection, squamous carcinoma was I case, check out in 1 case, consistent with 100.0%, HSILwere 2 cases, check out the 2 cases, consistent with 100. 0% ;LSIL were5 cases, check out the 4 cases, consistent with 80. 0% ASC-Hwere4 cases, check out the 3 cases, consistent with 75. 0%; ASC- USwerel8 cases, check out the 3 cases, consistent with 16.7%. Conclusion： TCT applied in healthy women has obvious clinical effect in improving the detection rateeffectively. The reliable method can be used as a clinical indicators reflect condition, and determine the importance of early cervical precancerous lesions, cervical cancer. The method is worth spreading.
