蚁参护肝口服液中黄芪甲苷含量测定的方法研究

Dtermination of Astragaloside Ⅳ in Yisheng Hugan Oral Liquid

目的:建立蚁参护肝口服液中黄芪甲苷含量测定的方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱-蒸发光检测器,C_(18)(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)色谱柱;柱温:30℃;流动相为乙腈-水(40∶60);流速为1.0m L·min^(-1);蒸发光散射检测器气化温度:40℃。结果:黄芪甲苷在15.82μg/m L^79.10μg/m L范围内呈良好的线性关系,y=2.98x-28.17,R^2=0.9992。结论:该法准确、可靠、灵敏,可用于蚁参护肝口服液中黄芪甲苷的含量测定,为全面评价该药品的质量提供依据。

Objective ：To establish the HPLC-ELSD method for determining the astragaloside Ⅳ in Yishen Hugan oral liquid. Methods ： A column of C18 （250mm×4.6mm,5μm）was used. The ELSD was used as a detector, The column temperature was 30℃,the mobil phase consisted of acetonitrile-water （40：60） at a flow rate of 1.0mL·min-1,the gasification temperature of the ELSD was 40℃. Results： The linear range of astragaloside Ⅳ was 15.82μg/mL-79.10μg/mL （R2=0.9992）,the average recovery was 98.7% （RSD=1.2%,n=6）. Conclusions： The HPLC-ELSD method was sensitive, reproducible and accurate for the determination of Astragaloside Ⅳ in Yisheng Hugan Oral Liquid.
