摘要
本文通过对英语通用语(ELF)理论研究成果进行系统梳理,介绍了ELF的内涵、ELF和EFL(英语作为外语)的差异、ELF视域下中国英语教学,并采用问卷调查方式和SPSS数据分析方法,结合我国大学英语专业和非英语专业教学现状,探讨了ELF对我国大学英语专业和非英语专业教学的启示。
This paper provides a systematic review on the research in the field of English as a Lingua Franca,which mainly focuses on the definition of ELF,the difference between ELF and EFL,and its application for English teaching in China. Based on a questionnaire and SPSS data analysis as well as the current situation of English teaching for English-majors and Non-English majors in China,this paper shows several implications on the English teaching for English majors and Non-English majors.
