摘要
本文通过风险补偿成本体现风险公平性,以最小化运输风险、最低运输成本以及最小化风险补偿成本作为最优目标,构建了危险品道路运输路径优化模型。通过线性加权法得到了多目标非线性整数规划模型的有效解。该模型体现了多种类、多批次危险品道路运输的风险公平性,对运输路径的选择更有实际参考价值。
By the way of risk compensation cost reflecting risk fairness, and taking minimizing transportation risk, minimizing transportation cost and minimizing risk compensation cost as optimal target,this paper constructs an optimization model of road transport route for dangerous goods. By means of weighted sum approach, efficient solution of multi-objective non-linear integer programming model is obtained. This model reflects the risk fairness of different types and different batches dangerous goods road transportation,and supplies good reference to choice transportation routes.
