摘要
对Q345GJ高建钢的化学成分、轧制工艺、水冷工艺、位移-应变曲线以及金相组织进行了检验分析,结果表明:钢板轧制后不经过一段时间的驰豫而是直接水冷,产生下贝氏体组织,导致屈服强度不合格。通过优化生产工艺,降低了钢板的屈服强度,提高了性能合格率。
Testing and analysis are performed on chemical composition, rolling process, cooling process, dis-placement -strain curve and metallorgraphic structure of high - rise building steel Q345GJ. The results show that low bainite formes in steel plate which receives direct cooling without a period of relaxation after rolling, resulting in non - conformity of yield strength. The yield strength of steel plate is reduced and the corresponding qualification rate is im-proved by means of production process optimization.
