摘要
在中厚板生产中,获得细小晶粒尺寸是制定生产工艺的基本出发点,坯料加热原始奥氏体晶粒的尺寸对后续轧制过程中奥氏体晶粒尺寸的变化有很大影响,热塑性轧制是奥氏体晶粒细化的主要工序,奥氏体冷塑性轧制可以进一步细化相变后的铁素体晶粒尺寸。结合文献中相关数学模型和中厚板实际生产过程中诸多影响因素,分别从坯料加热、热塑性轧制、冷塑性轧制过程3个方面,阐述了C-Mn钢奥氏体晶粒细化的影响因素及对相变后铁素体晶粒尺寸的影响。
During medium steel plate production, obtaining fine grain size is the fundamental starting point to de-termine rolling process,the grain size of prior austenite in slab during reheating has significant effect on the changing trend of austenite grain size during subsequent rolling, thermo - plastic rolling is a major production procedure to refine austenite grain size, while cold - plastic rolling can further refine ferrite grain size after phase transformation of austen-ite. Based on relevant numerical models presented in published literatures and various influencing factors in actual pro-duction process of medium steel plate,the paper illustrates the influencing factors on austenite grain refining in C - Mn steel and their effect on ferrite grain size after phase transformation of austenite from three aspects of slab reheating, thermo - plastic rolling and cold - plastic rolling.
