摘要
Caveolin-1(小窝蛋白1)在肿瘤组织中的表达差异已成为研究热点之一。在多种不同肿瘤细胞中Caveolin-1的表达发生了明显的变化,对肿瘤的发生和转移等病理过程可能发挥重要作用。本文详细介绍Caveolin-1在胃癌、食管癌、肝癌、前列腺癌、膀胱癌、宫颈癌和乳腺癌等肿瘤中的表达情况,以及Caveolin-1在肿瘤中的作用机制,认为对Caveolin-1的不断研究将为肿瘤的治疗提供新的靶点。
The differential expression of caveolin-1 in tumor tissues has become one of research hotspots.The changes in caveolin-1 expression occur in a variety of tumor cells,suggesting that caveolin-1 may play an important role in the occurrence and metastasis of tumors.This paper introduces the expression of caveolin-1 in gastric cancer,esophageal cancer,liver cancer,prostate cancer,bladder cancer,cervical cancer,breast cancer and other tumors,as well as the mechanism of caveolin-1 action.The continuous research on caveolin-1 will provide new targets for the treatment of tumors.
