摘要
针对无阀配气凿岩机传统的数学模型存在冲击背压高、内耗大,对冲击能削弱比较大的缺点,通过对无阀配气(主要是‘充气’)过程的分析,对配气理论进行探索,应用波动力学原理,控制逆向气压并利用活塞冲击‘瞬停’延续充气降低冲击背压,释放冲击能,可充分地发挥无阀气动凿岩机节能、高效的潜力。
for conventional math model of the valveless pneumatic rock drill, a headache of high impact back - pressure and internal consumption has been persisting, which impairs the impact energy remarkably. By analyzing the process of air distributing (mainly ' the air charging process '),exploring the compressed-air distribution theories, applying the theories of wave mechanics, controlling the reverse air pressure and using the transient percussion interruption to increase air-charging, the impact back -pressure was reduced and the impact energy released. As a result, the valveless pneumatic rock drill5 s potential of energy conservation and high-efficiency is unleashed.
