摘要
硬度是衡量隧道掘进机刀具性能的重要指标,选择正确的测试方法是关键。本文用一系列试验数据阐述了利用里氏硬度计测定热处理后的刀体硬度的可行性,以及刀体内外部洛氏硬度的一致性,该试验结论对于改进刀体热处理工艺具有一定的指导作用。
Hardness is an important index to measure the performance of the tunnel boring machine tool, select the correct test method is the key. A series of experimental data is described by leebhardnesstester feasibility of cutter body determination of hardness after heat treatment in this paper, and the consistency of the knife body inside and outside the Rockwell hardness test, the conclusion has a guiding role for improvement the knife body heat treatment process.
