摘要
现有的接触式引弧方法引弧,存在焊缝金属的污染及粘钨极等问题,本文介绍了一种TIG焊外置式提升引弧控制电路,重点研究了利用限流电路和检测控制电路切换实现小电流引弧的方法,并深入的分析了电路原理。通过电路试验对设计电路进行了检测和对比。结果表明:采用这种外置式提升引弧控制系统,钨极端部的烧损情况要远远小于普通接触引弧;工件表面的烧损情况也要远远好于普通接触式引弧,是一种简单方便、行之有效的引弧控制方式。
In order to improve the shortcomings of existing contact arc-igniting methods,the control circuit on the external lift-igniting for TIG welding is introduced, especially, the current limiting circuit and detection control circuit switching control method and its principle are analysed in detail. Through the testing and contrasting on this circuit, the experimental results show that: the tungsten loss is obviously less than common contact arc-igniting by using of thecontrol circuit on the external lift-igniting for TIG welding,and the burning of the workpiece is also much better than common contact arc-igniting,this arc-igniting system is simple、 convenient and effective.
