Construction of a full-range professional ethics education system for students of higher medical vocational schools

医学高职高专学校肩负着给社会和基层医疗单位输送合格医务人员的重任,良好的职业道德教育是学校人才培养方案的重中之重,不仅关系到学校教育的质量,也影响到学生未来职业生涯的发展和社会稳定。重视医学生职业道德教育应构建全方位、一体化、一条龙的教育理念和教育策略,从学生进校的第一课抓起,将职业道德和价值观教育渗透在课堂、校园文化、实践教学、网络媒体及实习等各个环节,为缓解医患冲突,更好地服务社会打好基础。

Higher medical vocational schools shoulder the responsibility of producing qualified medical personnel for the society and grass-root health care institutions. Therefore, sound professional ethics education is the top priority of schools , personnel training program because it affects not only the quality of education but also medical students＂ future career development and social stability. Attaching importance to their professional ethics education means building up the full-range and integrated education idea, starting from students ＂first class at school, and bringing the professional ethics and values education into the classroom, campus culture, practice teaching, network media and practice so as to ease doctorpatient conflicts and better serve the community.
