摘要
目的探讨翻转课堂教学方法在皮肤科住院医师规范化培训中的应用价值。方法选择西安交通大学第一附属医院2014级、2015级2届参与皮肤科轮转的36名皮肤科住院医师为研究对象,按照教学方法的不同将其分为翻转课堂教学方法组(n=18)和传统教学方法组(n=18)。根据皮肤科理论基础知识、临床实践技能考核及对18名翻转课堂组住院医师的问卷调查,评价不同教学方法对培训效果的影响。结果通过理论考核成绩发现,翻转课堂教学方法组学生对皮肤科基础知识的掌握和临床实践技能的运用优于传统教学方法组;同时,翻转课堂教学方法组学生体会到翻转课堂可提高其学习兴趣、学习热情、学习效率、临床综合思维能力、自主学习能力。结论皮肤科住院医师规范化培训中更应注重翻转课堂教学方法的应用。
Objective To explore the application value of the flipped classroom teaching method in standardized training of residents in department of dermatology. Methods We selected 36 students of grades 2014 and 2015 as rotation residents in the Department of Dermatology of our hospital as the research subjects. They were divided into flipped classroom teaching method group (n=18) and traditional teaching method group (n=18) according to the different teaching method. Based on theoretical knowledge of dermatology, clinical practice skills assessment and the questionnaire survey of the 18 residents in flipped classroom teaching group, we evaluated the effects of different teaching methods on the training outcome. Results Theory test results showed that the students taught by the flipped classroom method outperformed the traditional teaching method group in mastering basic knowledge and using clinical practice skills. At the same time, the new method could improve the students' interest in learning, enthusiasm for learning, learning efficiency, comprehensive clinical thinking and autonomous learning. Conclusion More attention should be paid to the application of the flipped classroom teaching method in standardized training of resident doctors in department of dermatology.
