腹腔镜胆囊切除手术教学体系的建立与实践

Establishment and practice of the teaching system for laparoscopic cholecystectomy

腹腔镜胆囊切除术是胆道外科腹腔镜手术的入门及基础,目前已普遍开展,但对青年医师的教学尚未形成规范。西安交通大学第一附属医院肝胆外科建立的腹腔镜胆囊切除手术教学体系,将腹腔镜胆囊切除术划分为由易到难的不同教学阶段,青年医师须完成各教学阶段的内容并达到所设定的教学目标,通过考核后方可独立完成腹腔镜胆囊切除术。在整体实践教学过程中,严格遵照教学体系的内容与目标指导青年医师的训练,同时引入PBL教学法,针对每一位学员实施个体化PBL教学,收到了良好的教学效果。

Laparoscopic cholecystectomy,the entry and foundation of biliary laparoscopic surgery, is commonly performed. However, there is lack of standardized teaching for young physician. The Department of Hepatobiliary Surgery of the First Affiliated Hospital of Xi an Jiaotong University established a laparoscopic cholecystectomy teaching system, which divides laparoscopic cholecystectomy into different teaching stages according to degree of difficulty. Young doctors need to complete each stage of teaching content, achieve the desired teaching goals, and take the examination before they can perform lapar-oscopic cholecystectomy independently. In the whole process of practice teaching, we strictly follow the teaching contents and goals of the system to guide young doctors , training and meanwhile introduce the PBL teaching method and carry out individualized PBL teaching for each student. Satisfactory teaching effects have been achieved.
