摘要
目的在有限的课时内尽可能使学生掌握口腔科学的基础知识。方法随机选取一临床患者CBCT影像资料,用mimics三维重建软件进行牙齿及颌骨的重建,将重建后动态三维立体模型应用于2015级影像专业口腔科学的教学中,结合传统的医学二维图像,使学生能更轻松地掌握口腔颌面部的正常解剖结构和异常的X线表现,将期末成绩与2014级影像专业学生对比,并通过问卷调查了解学生的学习效果及教学效果。结果两组理论成绩2015级明显高于2014级,问卷调查显示学生对常见口腔疾病的掌握情况2015级明显优于2014级学生,教学效果良好。结论通过将三维重建的CBCT资料和传统的教学方法相结合,学生对口腔科正常解剖结构及异常病基本掌握,为以后从事口腔放射工作打下了基础,达到了教学目的。
Objective To make students master the basic knowledge of oral medicine as much as possible in the limited class time. Methods We selected a clinical patients CBCT image data randomly and reconstructed the teeth and jaws by using 3D reconstruction software. We applied the reconstructed three-dimensional dynamic model to teach oral medicine for imaging specialty of grade 2015. By combining with the traditional 2D medical images, we enabled the students to more easily grasp the normal anatomic structure of maxillofacial region and abnormal X-ray manifestations. The students ' final exam scores were compared with those of grade 2014, and the students ' learning outcome and teaching effectiveness were investigated by questionnaire. Results The theory test scores of grade 2015 were significantly higher than those of grade 2014. The questionnaire results showed that common oral diseases were mastered better by grade 2015 students than grade 2014 ones. The teaching effectiveness was very good. Conclusion Through combining CBCT data of 3D reconstruction with the traditional 2D medical images, students can master the normal anatomic structure of maxillofacial region and abnormal changes.It has laid foundation for their future oral radiation work and achieved the teaching objective.
